Directions:

• Perform a patch test before use
• Bathe as usual and wash off the day with your normal soap or body wash
• Rub your body downward from head to toe using a piece of twine to remove lingering energy
• Pour 1/3 of the bath into a cold tub and soak for 8 minutes, visualizing yourself becoming carefree, joyous, and lighthearted
• Air dry fully (you may towel dry your intimate areas to avoid irritation or infection)
• Dress a white candle with hyssop, black walnut, and sea salt
• Burn the twine in the candle’s flame while praying for removal of negativity, evil eye, and ill intent
• Repeat this ritual for three consecutive days
